REVIEW: Close to Home by Deborah Raney

Bree Cordel Whitman is the widow of Tim Whitman.  She has remained close to the Whitman’s over the time before and the five years after Tim’s untimely death.  But now she’s thinking about how to move on with love and how it will impact her relationship with the Whitman’s.  Bree also is close to the grandmother, CeeCee, who is having some aging issues in this installment of the Chicory Inn book series.  Bree knows family is important.  Is she willing to give up the Whitman’s to find her new path?  Can she mend fences with her own parents who never approved of her marriage to serviceman Tim?

Thanks to Abingdon Press for providing me an ARC for a review in my own words.
