REVIEW: Sweet Mercy by Ann Tatlock

What a great story.  This book took a slice of history for about three months during Prohibition and showed the reader different sides to the story.  The main character, Eve, learns a great deal about human nature in her visit to Ohio, even though she thought she was moving to an idyllic place.  I think this book could be a very good high school reading plan book due to the topics it introduces.
